Crete Mythology

Το Κρήτη is the largest island in Greece and a central mythological place. There Zeus was born and raised, hiding in a cave to be saved from Saturn. Crete is also connected to King Minos and Labyrinth, where Minotaur lived.

THEOral use He killed the monster with Ariadne’s help. Crete symbolizes the birth of divine authority and the mystery of labyrinth.
